Digital Marketing – Recruitment Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field. Digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.
Experience: 1–3+ years in digital marketing or similar roles. Proven track record in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
Tools: Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Marketing Automation: Familiar with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
Creativity & Content: Ability to create engaging content. Basic design/video editing (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is an advantage.
Analytical Thinking: Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Communication: Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Collaboration: Able to work cross-functionally with other teams (design, sales, content).
Adaptability: Quick to learn, stays updated with trends, platforms, and algorithms.
Personality: Detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and result-focused.
Nice to Have: E-commerce/B2B marketing background, knowledge of UI/UX or CRO.
