Position: HR Officer
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and company policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with good time management.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Computer literate; familiar with HRIS and MS Office.
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Flexible, adaptable, and a strong team contributor.
